A “Grab & Go”! Sammich made with freshly baked round Cellone’s bread with premium meats and cheeses. The Bambino is made fresh throughout the day and available in our deli case for a quick “Grab & Go!” For those hungry people on the go and pressed for time!

Prepared FRESH EVERYDAY, the famous YCM Chef’s Salad is made with premium turkey breast and Virginia baked ham accompanied with imported Swiss cheese and Vermont cheddar cheese.  A complete salad elegantly arranged on a bed of assorted greens garnished with ripe tomato, red onions, and a pickled egg.

Prepared with YCM love, the Classic Cobb Salad is prepared with fresh diced chicken, chopped hard boiled egg, crisp bacon, vine ripe tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese set on a bed of fresh iceberg lettuce.

Prepared with premium seasoned ground beef, this taco salad contains black olives, shredded cheese, ripe tomatoes, set on iceberg lettuce.  BUT TO BE AUTHENTIC! – we added tortilla chips, sour cream, and salsa sauce on the side for a fresh mix into the salad when you are ready for lunch!

Prepared with fresh grilled steak, the YCM steak salad  is prepared with fresh ripe tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese arranged on an iceberg bed of lettuce.

Prepared on crisp torn romaine greens, tender strips of grilled chicken with diced hard boiled egg and garlic seasoned croutons.  This delightful salad would not be complete without a fantastic Romano Caesar dressing!

Served with Meatball sauce and bun.
